Mission Statement:
The mission of the Lansing TC Community Services Program & TC Employment Services Program is to maximize individual growth and community development through voluntary and paid employment.
We will accomplish this by:

Providing training and experiences to develop excellent work habits, job skills, positive attitudes, stewardship skills and willingness to serve the community.

Educating students about the biological, psychological, social and spiritual benefits of using their talents, skills and experiences.

Engaging students in voluntary community service, especially to vulnerable populations.

Engaging students in paid employment.

Teaching personal independence and community interdependence.

Building positive and interdependent relationships with individuals and organizations who support the mission of Teen Challenge.
